What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, country or field, the content of your message, and any calculator scenario you choose to include. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time of access, requested pages) for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct the business conversation you initiated, for example, evaluating a well for treatment. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

We keep daily totals of calculator use, transfers to the enquiry form, animation starts, brochure-link clicks and enquiries accepted by the mail server. These counters do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, calculator values, contact details, page URLs or browsing histories. They count actions, not unique people, and can include repeated visits or automated traffic. Mail-server acceptance does not confirm delivery to an inbox.

The counters are stored privately on our hosting server. They are separate from contact messages and standard server logs. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals when recording these counters.

When you choose to carry a calculator scenario to the enquiry form, the inputs are saved in temporary storage for that browser tab. Drafts older than 30 minutes are discarded when the enquiry form opens. The inputs are sent to us only when you submit the form. You can remove the scenario in the form; it is also cleared after a successful submission or when the tab session ends.

Confidentiality of technical data

Well and field data you share with us for evaluation is treated as confidential business information. Where required, we are glad to execute a non-disclosure agreement before receiving detailed data.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to office@resonflux.com.
